07

08

Managed, every month

Looked after once it is live.

No prices are published. What a build costs depends on how many routes, how much of the content exists, and what has to be integrated, so the number comes after a conversation rather than before one. Lead time is about two weeks from a signed scope to the start of the build.

Why it survives. Motion is a layer on top. Block the scripts and the page still reads.

02 Method

Specified first, then built.

Specified first
Scope, routes, data model and security posture, agreed in writing before a pixel is drawn.Stage 01
Evidence, not adjectives
Every claim resolves to a deployment you can open or a captioned screenshot.Stage 02
Scoped, then priced
A written scope, the open questions, and the parts you should not pay for yet.Stage 03
Launched and run
We launch it on your domain and keep it running. The website stays Fluxaro's; your own material and your domain stay yours.Stage 04

04 Out of scope

The work we turn down.

A supplier who will not say what they refuse has not decided yet.

01 Invented proof No borrowed logos, no figure we cannot trace to an export. Never
02 Subcontracted builds Built in-house. Nothing is passed to another firm. Not offered
03 Work without a written scope A scope that cannot be written down is not understood well enough to quote. Declined
04 Unattended AI facing your customers No model sending, replying or publishing on its own in your name. Out of scope
05 More work than we can hold A finite calendar. We say no to the month we cannot cover. Capped

How it is priced Fixed for the scope as written. A change to the scope is quoted before it is built, never after.
What is always included Prerendered routes, hardened headers, a form that fails honestly, and analytics you can open.
Terms Set per engagement and written into the agreement before work starts. Invoicing runs through Stripe.
