W-05 Case study · Emberfell Distilling Co.
Slow is a technical specification.
A Highland single malt, where the pace of the page matches the product.
02 The capture
The camera is inside the cask.
03 Brief and build
A product sold on time cannot be sold quickly.
The brief
The entire claim of a single malt is that somebody waited.
A hero that resolves in 400 milliseconds says the opposite of the label. A spirits brand also has obligations, so a legal route was in the map from the start.
What we built
Six routes, paced slowly, on the same engine as the quietest build here.
The warmth is photographic: no amber gradient, no glow layer, no filter. The routes follow the process, not the funnel.
04 What shipped
Six routes, one long breath.

05 At phone width
The portrait cut.
At 390px the headline stacks over the cask interior, framed for a phone.
