02 Brief and build

Not a catalogue. A sequence.

The brief

The inventory grid works for a search, not for an estate bought once and decided emotionally. So the build is an arrival: up the drive, into the light, before any specification.

Fluxaro's own build, not a commission. Nothing here is a client's site shown without asking.

What we built

Seven routes on a motion engine written for this site, not assembled in a page builder. Auverne runs the same engine and looks nothing like it.

03 What shipped

  • RoutesSeven. Four are named in the capture.
  • EngineHand-rolled GSAP timelines on a Lenis scroll.
  • CanvasPart of the hero composition, not an overlay on it.
  • TypeSplit headlines, animated line by line.
  • PointerCustom cursor, magnetic calls to action, capped travel.
  • Deploymentmarenval.vercel.app, verified 21 September 2026.

04 On a phone

The same arrival, at phone width.

Marenval on a phone: the cliff house photograph fills the screen, the headline wraps to four lines, and the View the collection button sits below it.

Same route, same moment, not a stripped-down variant. The photograph keeps the full frame. The call to action stays above the fold.

05 Checkable today
